Delivery:
Every order is shipped either the same day or the following business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Delivery times below are business days from dispatch — not from the date you ordered. They come from our own delivered orders rather than a carrier's estimate, so they reflect what customers in each destination actually experience.

Delivery can still be affected by public holidays, weather and other factors outside our control. Your order tracking page always shows the current estimate for your specific order — that is the most accurate figure available at any moment.
Tracking:
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Many carriers don't scan shipments daily at every destination, so a quiet stretch of a day or two is normal and doesn't mean the parcel has stopped moving.
